Illinois Assessment of Readiness (IAR) and Illinois Science Assessment (ISA)
Students in grades 3-8 throughout the state of Illinois will participate in the Illinois Assessment of Readiness (IAR). Also, students in grades 5 and 8 will take the Illinois Science Assessment (ISA). These assessments help us understand how our students are growing academically compared to their peers across the state.
Our students should feel confident showing what they know and can do on the Illinois Assessment of Readiness and Illinois Science Assessment.
The district's IAR(Illinois Assessment Readiness) assessment window is March 4 - April 19, 2024 for 3rd to 8th and the ISA (Illinois Science Assessment) window is March 1 - April 30, 2024 for 5th - 8th grade.
