Department Overview 
Duties of the department include maintaining official personnel records and benefits, grant writing, and maintaining employee recognition, retirement, employee evaluation and teacher certification. Other responsibilities include: providing and distributing information concerning School District 160, as well as serving and/or leading the following district initiatives: Board of Education policies, negotiation of collective bargaining agreements, official school calendar, worker's compensation, unemployment compensation, wage and salary computation, employment of substitute teachers, and staff development for classified employee groups.
