Special Education Services

Country Club Hill School District 160 maintains a full continuum of special education instructional programs, resource programs and related services options based on the nature and degree of the intervention needed for students with varying disabilities including, but not limited to, Specific Learning Disabilities, Emotional Disorders, Autism, Speech and Language, Intellectual Disability, Hearing Impairment, Visually Impaired, Deaf/Blindness, Traumatic Brain Injury, Multiple Disabilities, Orthopedic Impairment, and Other Health Impaired.  The Special Education Department supports students through a variety of services including: Multi-tiered System of Supports, Positive Behavior Interventions Supports (PBIS), hospital/homebound, psychological, counseling, social work, nursing, speech and language therapy, vision and hearing itinerant services and transportation.
